Terms of service

Last updated October 2026 · Starter terms, not legal advice. Have them reviewed before launch.

1. What we do

TheSteamery.com is a lead marketplace. We introduce steam-cleaning jobs posted by customers to steam-cleaning pros. We are not a party to the cleaning work itself and do not employ, endorse or guarantee any pro or customer.

2. Leads & payment

Pros pay a one-time fee to unlock the contact details of a lead. Leads may be sold exclusively to one pro or shared with a small, capped number of pros, as indicated on each lead. All lead sales are final except where required by law or at our discretion.

3. Lead quality

Lead details are supplied by customers and verified to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that every job will convert, that contact details are current, or that the customer will proceed. Pros are responsible for their own due diligence, quoting and scheduling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false leads, scrape data, resell unlocked contact details, or contact customers for anything other than the job they posted. Misuse may result in suspension without refund.

5. Customer obligations

By posting a job, customers confirm the details are accurate and agree to be contacted by pros about that job.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSteamery.com is not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or pros, for the outcome of any job, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
